I was very intrigued at the various sectors and departments of IT that were available at TJX.
One of the reasons the graduate IT programme stood out was because of the immersive nine-week engineer cohort training. This was very insightful as I got to learn new practices like agile methodology and new software for Full-Stack understanding. This was encouraging as it showed TJX really cared about my learning and development. Everyone is friendly and open to any questions. I am proud to say that I am part of the corporate solution delivery department, working with the enterprise and data analytics corporate team as an engineer.
I would say your journey does not end here and there is great progression within the TJX. I have always felt supported by my work colleagues and through this programme I truly believe that TJX provide impactful support and exceptional ongoing training. The key values of collaboration, diversity and inclusion provide a work environment that allows me to work hard, approach new challenges and be more creative.
