Graduate, Finance Analyst
I am currently in my first year of the graduate scheme at TJX working in IT finance. My role involves business partnering with global IT to forecast and analyse their spend on projects throughout the year. Starting my career remotely due to the pandemic left me unsure of what to expect and nervous about my role. However, my team and colleagues made me feel welcome and part of the TJX family.
The first thing I noticed about TJX was the strong emphasis on building good relationships with other associates. Nine months into the role, I still find relationship building being placed at the forefront of my career development. One of the things I love about TJX is the many opportunities I have been given to take on more responsibility to develop as a finance professional. This is only the start of my journey here and I am excited for what’s to come!
