Apprentice, Buying Administration
I began my TJX journey as a part-time store associate. After hard work and determination, I became a specialist in shoes and gained my own department, which has helped build the high confidence and independence I carry today. I was offered the opportunity to become high performance associate then appointed management as a team leader and loved it!
Four and a half years later leads me to where I am now in the TJX head office. I know I am exactly where I am supposed to be, TJX has no limitations in growth and opportunities, and the culture carried within TJX is first class. As a new starting apprentice, I felt immensely supported all throughout and still do. TJX is as good as it gets, I have found the perfect place for me and I could not ask for a better working environment. There are so many different departments to explore within the company as well as networking opportunities. I am so excited to continue my journey at TJX and look forward to my future, progressing within the company.
