Technology provides the foundations on which TJX Europe’s success is built. On our IT programme, you’ll discover just how vital technology is to us. But first, we’ll ensure you have a thorough understanding of the role technology plays in our global retail environment.
You’ll collaborate with new colleagues in both Europe, the US and Canada as part of a global team. On both Technical and Analyst Tracks you will start with a 10-week immersive learning programme designed to bridge the gap between university and IT in an agile working environment, preparing you to succeed in your career. Here’s what you’ll need in order to join our diverse and committed team.
Develop in a fast-paced, professional environment
IT engineers will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related area (or equivalent experience). IT analysts will need any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related degree.
Examples might include web development, mobile, data & analytics, cloud, information security…or anything else that’s relevant!
