As part of the Central Loss Prevention Function (based in our Head Office in Watford) you’ll be based in our Loss Prevention System team – which oversees the support and administration of our IT Systems for Loss Prevention across our European business.
Over the course of this 18-month Apprenticeship Programme – you’ll study towards the Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship Standard with Learn Tech, a leading provider of Tech training and apprenticeships. Not only will you acquire knowledge of core IT systems and principles, you’ll also build first-hand experience and knowledge of our business, standards, rules and regulation and within the LP Systems space.

You'll need a valid and eligible residency status, right to work in England and depending on your immigration status, you may also need to demonstrate that you've lived continuously in the UK for at least 3 years.
Five GCSEs (grade 4 and above / minimum grade C or equivalent) or have completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Demonstrable knowledge / early experience in IT systems or software or even a qualification in IT / Computing.
You thrive on technical and systems related challenges and will be comfortable providing basic support for systems issues and data configuration elements.
You are someone who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly, shares ideas and thrives in team settings.
You’re curious, enjoy making sense of complex problems and not afraid to challenge assumptions.

You’ll acquire knowledge of core IT systems and principles whilst building first-hand experience and knowledge of our business, standards, rules and regulation and within the LP Systems space – including learning our TJX LP Systems; delivering level-1 type support; supporting in the creation / maintenance of training and user guides and assisting in collaborating across multiple teams to support assigned objectives and gather system requirements.
