Of course, we want you to be yourself throughout the application process, but there are certain things you can do to give yourself a better chance of success.
It’s important that you find out as much as you can about TJX Europe and the programme you’re interested in. Yes, the information on this website is a good starting point, but there’s more you can do, such as checking out our social media channels and researching about us and the area of our business you’re interested in.
Even though you’ll be based at our Watford Campus, it’s still a good idea to visit one of our stores or look online to get a real feel for our business. It will give you a chance to see our off-price business model in action and discover how we deliver great value to customers every day.
Here’s more proof that we’re different. Unlike many graduate programmes, we don’t have deadlines by which you need to get your application to us. Be quick though, because once the places are filled we can’t consider any more applications.
