Graduate, Finance Analyst
My journey at TJX started in July 2020 after completing my degree in international business and management. My first rotation was in the business, planning and analysis team, focusing on sales forecasting, reporting and analysis in the height of the pandemic!
Having spent a year in that team, I moved to the buying analysis team within financial control. Bridging the gap between buying and finance through business partnering, we help to maintain liquidity and provide key financial information to support buying decisions. TJX has a welcoming, inclusive and supportive culture, which I have experienced since the day I joined. As a grad, I have my own areas of responsibility, which is empowering and allows me to see the impact of my work on the wider business, with my opinion always valued and considered. Development is an important part of TJX’s culture and I always feel challenged to get involved in new and stretching projects, I am looking forward to seeing where my journey at TJX takes me!
