The first thing that piqued my interest in the IT placement programme was the opportunity to peek behind the curtain of such a vast company. I liked the idea of being able to explore a variety of computing practices.
Curiosity, learning and collaboration are three things which I wholeheartedly believe make this company work so well. I loved the idea of joining a company which wants me to work with them and not just for them. The focus on just being willing and open to learn was something I didn’t see or feel from any other company I was looking at applying to which is why the TJX IT programme was my number one choice. TJX at its core is a set of values which we learn and uphold in order to help ourselves, each other and our company continue to develop and thrive. To me TJX has been a safe and welcoming organisation, for everyone.
