Graduate, Merchandising & Buying
Before joining TJX I was studying a degree in fashion management at Nottingham Trent University which included a placement year. I was very interested in merchandising and buying and was very excited to be offered the role of an allocation analyst and start my journey in the industry.
I immediately liked the culture, where I found it easy to meet and build relationships with new people. I was given responsibilities and felt my opinion was always valued. Learning and development is important to TJX, which meant I was fully supported throughout my placement and was able to grow my knowledge. The atmosphere in the office is exciting as every day is different. I had the best experience during my placement year, the people and culture make the company great! I was lucky enough to be offered a place to come back when I graduated, returning as a senior analyst on the activewear department. I enjoy working with my team and coming up with strategies. I can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey at TJX takes me!
