The global early in career programme was with graduates across the UK, United States and Canada. After completing the early in career training I joined the merchandise operation management team working on the Oracle systems that store and process retail data within TJX.
The training was split into two separate curriculums: four weeks of culture and interpersonal skills, six weeks of technical training, finished off with a group software project. During the training we covered a wide range of topics including communication skills, team working methodologies and full stack development (JavaScript, APIs & Cloud Computing) aiming to make us more well-rounded technology professionals. TJX has been a fantastic place to start my career; they really encourage personal development and learning in a supportive environment where I always feel valued.
