Finance Graduate Programme

We have a completely different approach to finance. Our off-price business model is integral to everything we do – it means we can’t just follow the usual methods and practices. It’s our unique, agile approach to financial strength that gives us the flexibility to run our business day-to-day, adapt to market changes, and seize new opportunities.

This programme will expose you to our flexible way of working, giving you experience of all things TJX Europe by offering a rotation across a few areas of finance. After your induction, a series of workshops and training programmes will accelerate your ability to take on responsibility.
