Duration: 12 weeks training, followed by a full-time role in Merchandising

What to expect from the programme

When you join the programme, you’ll be part of a diverse cohort from a variety of backgrounds. Following a comprehensive induction, your journey here will begin as an allocation analyst in the merchandising team, learning how to analyse and trade your business. You’ll  experience the importance of the merchandising and buying partnership and how they work together to deliver value to our customers both in-store and online.

You’ll gain broad experience of  the merchandising function by working in different product areas, developing your entrepreneurial skills, building strong relationships and learning from the experts. All of which will prepare you for the exciting challenges ahead.

Where this could take you

Our merchandising function is full of opportunity. In addition to our core merchandising teams, you could join our store merchandising, e-commerce and merchandising development teams.

We’re a flexible European business, so once you’ve developed your career in merchandising, you could go on to be a buyer – or move into other areas of business that excite you. Opportunities extend across our European offices, so language skills are always an asset.
