You will complete an induction programme in your first two weeks which will set you up for success and help you settle into life at TJX, with lots of additional learning opportunities throughout your placement to bolster your CV and marketing expertise.
Whichever team you join, you’ll be helping develop strategies and delivering tactics, using and enhancing your creative thinking and sharp commercial focus. Our business moves faster than many other retailers, so you’ll need to be agile and ready for every challenge that comes your way.
During this 12 month placement, you’ll complete two or three rotations, working in key functions within the brand and marketing department.
End-to-end campaign and European marketing planning, including campaign management and managing the lead creative agency relationship.
Execution of marketing activity to engage with customers across multiple touchpoints (e.g. social media, PR, paid media).
Local delivery of marketing plans and creative content plus execution.
Provide and share a single view of the customer by collating and analysing multiple data sources.
Design and produce creative content at scale and volume, both externally and internally.
Become an expert in creating innovative in-store and online solutions that evolve the way we trade our business and enhance the customer journey.
Manage reputation, customer engagement – both pro-active (corporate responsibility) and reactive (crisis) and align customer service policy and best practice.
Manage the loyalty and gift card schemes.
