On our IT Apprenticeship programme, you will gain a Level 3 Informational Communications qualification whilst working in a fast paced, energetic, and diverse IT Operations Team. Working within our Infrastructure & Operations function, the support that you provide will span both our Home Office and Store based user communities.
You will assist our end users with a range of support activities, in addition to working within our various IT operations processes and continual service improvement initiatives.

You will have achieved 5 GCSE’s. Grade C or above in Maths and English is desirable.
You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT, and are committed to studying towards an IT qualification.
You have the ability to self manage daily tasks, work to deadlines and cope with a number of constantly changing priorities.
You have a willingness to try new things and learn along the way.
You are able to communicate and work effectively with others and share your ideas with them.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to your role in IT and to your apprenticeship programme. Discipline and focus are a must have.
