This programme will expose you to our flexible way of working, giving you experience of all things TJX Europe by offering a rotation across a few areas of finance. After your induction, a series of workshops and training programmes will accelerate your ability to take on responsibility.

Over three years, you’ll rotate through some of our core pillars of finance:
Commercial Finance – partnering with multiple functions to deliver analyses that support business decisions and help manage costs
Business Planning and Analysis – producing vital strategic plans and assessing the viability of proposed business initiatives
Financial Control – ensuring the financial integrity of the stock ledger whilst working with merchandising and buying teams to deliver gross margin plans
Financial Accounting – focusing on the core principles of accounting and producing annual finance statements
As you work, you’ll be given time to study for your CIMA qualification, and receive Level 7 accounting qualifications through the apprenticeship programme.
